Líneas de investigación

I am a researcher focused on ecological and evolutionary dynamics, exploring how species adapt to environmental change. My work examines how species movement, including dispersal and seasonal migration, influences population persistence and evolution. I specialize in high-mountain ecosystems, studying alpine bird ecology, behavior, and conservation. Additionally, I investigate brown bear and otter behavior in human-modified landscapes, as well as large carnivore-human conflicts. Using long-term data and advanced modeling techniques, I develop and test theories to better understand species dynamics and contribute to conservation in rapidly changing environments.
